Return Window

You may return most items within 30 calendar days of the date you received your order for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions described in this policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it;
  • With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact;
  • Free from stains, odors, wear, pet hair, or any signs of use.
Items returned without meeting these conditions may be refused or returned to you at your cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Gift cards;
  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable;
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please send an email to support@velvet-tees.us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your items back.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this when submitting your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not available, you may choose a refund or store credit instead.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable amount of time. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your account statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@velvet-tees.us with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly, usually with a replacement or refund.

Late or Missing Returns

Items returned after 30 days may not be accepted for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to decline late returns at our sole discretion.

International Returns

International returns are accepted only at the customer’s expense. Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Original shipping charges and import fees are non-refundable.
