Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship orders using reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option. Saturday delivery is not available.

We currently ship within the United States, including the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. PO Box addresses are accepted for standard shipping only. International shipping availability may vary.

Expedited Shipping Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time may qualify for same-day shipment on expedited services. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment confirmation.
International Shipping
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
